"Quick help with this"
Customer service got back to me fast and helped sort this out. It was one of those things I didn’t want to deal with for long, so I’m glad they fixed it without much back and forth.

"Had a good feeling about the matching set"

"Looks good, but I’m not totally convinced"
The bed frame is nice-looking and seems mostly safe, so I do like it overall. That said, it gets a little wobbly when my teen climbs in too quickly, which makes me question how sturdy it really is. Customer service was fine, nothing amazing. For the price, I guess I expected it to feel a bit more solid.

"Chair arrived okay, but the whole shipping process felt frustrating"
I ordered a desk chair from pbteen and, to be fair, it did show up in good shape. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was annoying. When I reached out, I kind of felt talked down to instead of actually helped, like I should’ve just known to wait it out. The delivery guy was fine and the package itself was okay, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish it had been faster and a lot more clear.

"I had to cancel one item..."
I had to cancel one item from my order, and somehow it didn’t turn into the usual customer service obstacle course. They handled it smoothly, with no big hassle, which was a nice little plot twist.

"Easy to clean and still looks nice"
It washed up really easily and dried faster than I expected. It still looks good after cleaning, which is all you can really ask for. Seems only fair to give credit where it’s due.

"Clean and Cute!"
I love the designs, they’re so clean and simple, but still really cute. At first I was just like, okay this looks nice, but the more I looked at them, the more happy they made me. They just have such a fresh, sweet vibe.

I use it every day at this point, which is funny because I didn’t expect to rely on it this much. Not saying there’s some grand plan to make me hooked on it… but it’s a little suspicious how convenient it’s become in my routine. Either way, it works well and I keep coming back to it.

I measured the space a couple times and ordered hoping the listed size was actually accurate. it was spot on and fit my room perfectly. I was all ready to be annoyed if it didn’t work out, but nope, it was exactly right.

"Nice lamp, return was easy enough"
I ordered a desk lamp from pbteen and it was cute, but it ended up being the wrong size for my kid’s room. Starting the return online was straightforward, so no issue there. The refund took about a week after they received it back, which wasn’t awful, but it did feel like they weren’t exactly rushing to give the money back. Customer service did answer my question quickly, though. Overall, 4 stars.

"Backorder date was accurate"
I ordered a desk chair from pbteen and it was listed as backordered, but the expected date was shown clearly before I checked out. I also reached out just to be sure, and support basically said, “Yep, that’s the current timeline and we’ll update you if anything changes.” It ended up shipping a little earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. it was just good not having to guess whether it was actually in stock or when it might show up

It arrived safely, and I was kind of expecting the box to maybe be banged up or not packed that well, but I guess I was worrying for nothing. Everything was packed really securely and showed up in good shape.

I got a desk and some bedding from pbteen for my daughter’s room, and I have to admit, I was kind of second-guessing myself because it wasn’t exactly cheap. But so far, I’m happy with it. The desk feels sturdy and doesn’t wobble, and the drawers still slide smoothly after a few months of use. The bedding has been washed plenty of times and still looks good, with no weird fading or threads coming loose. Maybe I overthought the price a bit, because it does seem like it’s made to last...

"Cute personalized backpack, with a few small hiccups"
I ordered a backpack for my kid and added their initials, and overall I’m really happy with how it turned out. There were lots of color and font options, so it felt easy to make it feel personal. The site was simple to use too, although I did have to go back and double-check a couple of choices before ordering. The final backpack looked just like we hoped, but I do wish the preview had been a little clearer. Still, my kid loves it, so I’d call it a win
